Herbal Soups & Broths
Wednesday October 9th
People’s Food Co-op LaCrosse, WI
Using local veggies, nutritive herbs, spices, and bone broth we will create a delicious and immune-system supportive soup. Learn the benefits of homemade broths and herbal based soups for autumn and winter wellness. Hands-on demo, soup sample, and recipe card are included.

Herbal Kids: Winter Foundations Class
Wednesday October 16th
Viroqua Food Co-op Community Room
Together we will explore tried and true strategies and herbal remedies for kids (and their adults) holistic winter health. Our focus will be on nourishing kitchen recipes, kid-friendly herbs: their energetics and best applications, as well as safety and suggested dosing. There will be an herbal and honey-based cough syrup demonstration and recipes to take home.
